All posts for the month January, 2012
Thank you for visiting my thesis research blog. Over the course of the coming months I will be updating this blog as I continue to research precedents and develop my ideas.
About Me | I am a Level III graduate student attending the University of Houston, in the final year of the Masters of Architecture Professional Degree Program. I received a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati (DAAP) in 2009. I have been fortunate to work two years in profession in Florida, Ohio and China. My time working in China changed my perception of the profession and emboldened me to become a stronger, more thoughtful designer.
This experience has inspired me to take on a relevant social issue and examine it from not only the role as architect, but from the perspective of the individuals that my proposed design solution will affect.
